General Information: The Peugeot 905 was made by
Cristal de Sevres, a sister company to Daum. This is the only known
Claude Nicolas car that was not manufactued directly by Daum. Little
is known about the origin of this car or why it was not produced by
Daum itself. The car has the standard inscription "Creation Claude
Nicolas Paris" and is also inscribed "Cristal de Sevres".
There is also a variation of this car which is neithor signed Cristal
de Sevres, or has the Claude Nicolas inscription, but instead
was
apparently made
especially
in
recognition of Peugeot's sports cars 1992 World Championship. This
variation was a numbered limited edition of 300. |
