General Information: The Alfa Romeo Series from Daum consists of 3 regular production models and one limited edition custom production model. All the Alfa Romeos are smaller (1:20 scale) cars that were shipped in bright red boxes. All are signed "Daum France". The Alfa Romeo SZ is the only Limited Edition Alfa in the group. The SZ was a serialized edition of 300 cars, although it is known that some small number of non-serialized cars were produced also. I have one of these in my collection, along with a serialized one. This is the only Alfa that was not designed by Xavier Froissart, and it is believed that a generic Daum designer actually designed this car.

Originally known as the ES30, Alfa Romeo released this car under the SZ name.

These cars were both given away by Alfa Romeo to dealers, to good customers, and also by Daum to reward special employees. It is not believed that they were ever available for retail purchase, hence the lack of any original retail price.
